Organizations today need another enterprise logic to flourish. They need to be able to create value 'the emergent way'. To give an example: it is evident that a 'cab-company' can't solve the issue of competing with Uber by 'adding' a website or using more technology as is the case for encyclopedia-producers facing the existence of Wikipedia. These new 'digital players' simply use another enterprise or operating logic, a logic that is more effective in today's connected society.   What I believe is that existing organizations, - commercial and non-commercial such as cities and the more - can learn to use this new logic and can reframe their organizations to liberate their collective intelligence and creativity to inspire the world just as these new 'digital players' do.   I see it as my mission in life to contribute to mastering the extension of the value creating logic in organizations and to heal whole systems by design in an impactful way.
